All was going fine, but I wanted to make a new profile and now the truck won't move. I am using a old thrustmaster ferrari 458 italia edition with a gas and break pedal. When I am in neutral (N) I can accelerate with my right pedal. But when I shift to gear (realistic automatic) It does nothing. I have an issue on Euro Truck sim 2. When I turn my wheel it's fine until 90 degrees than it turns VERY FAST. I've tried playing around with sliders nothing works. This make it almost not possible to turn in cities. I managed to solve the problem, after uninstalling the game and starting a new profile the problem persisted. So it occurred to me to uninstall everything related to ETS2 from my computer. I think the solution was to uninstall OpenTrack and delete the aiTrack folder, after that, the mouse works properly It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get going again. Most annoying! But main rule is, that turning your wheel left causes rear of your truck going left -> trailer will go right! That is the clue of parking. I'm parking using truck's mirrors (no f2) - you can do that. I had to format my PC for different reasons and what happens is that when I install et2 again and I open it, everything is without any progress, I had to create a profile and etc., and I do not understand why, because it supposedly keeps everything in the cloud , do not 1) Remove all mods and restart. 2) Create a new profile from scratch and start like a new player. This removes any chance of having a corrupt profile. Still won't budge. I tried to set simulation mode to everything, but even on rookie setting + keyboard only, I can change gears, I can accelerate but the truck won't move. Check that you have not got throttle and brake defined elsewhere in the controls section of the game. Invert it . OK sorted it out. took several hrs. default config then remapping everything fixed the brake throttle prob but then steering didnt work lol. so another reset sorted that out then another prob started. took 7 resets to get everything .
