3 Turn ignition ON (DO NOT CRANK!) until fuel appears at the rags. It SHOULD as the pump in the tank should come on with the ignition and purge the air from the low-pressure side. Immediately turn ignition off. Snug up/re-clamp the low-pressure side to the HPFP inlet. You now have the air out of the low-pressure side.
